How long does it take to process my order?

All of our Collections are in stock, unless otherwise noted on our website.
We typically process all orders to be shipped within 2-4 business days.

Can I send Covered in Cotton as a gift?
Yes, we love sharing the fiber of our fields with your loved ones!

  After adding a product to your cart, type your gift message or special instructions in the space provided labeled "Special Instructions / Gift Message for Enclosed Card". We'll include this personalized notecard in your order to the shipping address you provide at checkout. 

Also, our enclosed packing slips do not display any pricing information.

Shopping for someone else but not sure what to give them? Give them the gift of choice with a Covered In Cotton Gift Card. Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.

Are your products machine washable?

 Yes! We recommend washing on a gentle cycle with cold water and a mild detergent. Tumble dry on low heat for 10-15 minutes, and then promptly remove from the dryer to continue air drying.
  
Do not bleach your Covered in Cotton product, which could cause discoloration and weakening of the cotton fibers.

How do I care for my Covered in Cotton throw?
Our throws, like most 100% woven cotton products, can sometimes produce some minimal, initial fiber shedding because of the nature of the shorter cotton fiber and the weaving process. Though, that should not continue after washing and use. Before first use, we recommend washing your cotton throw by itself with the following instructions:
  
Machine wash on a gentle cycle with cold water and a mild detergent.
Tumble dry on low heat for 10-15 minutes, and then promptly remove from the dryer to continue air drying.
Brush any remaining fibers off with your hand or fabric lint brush.

What colors do you offer in your products?
All the products in our Collections are currently only available in 'natural'. This is the natural color of the cotton fiber without any bleaches or dyes and is an off-white / light cream color. Because the yarns are minimally processed, your Covered in Cotton product is truly unique as you will also spot tiny flecks of the natural cotton plant throughout the weave.

What is your return policy?
Our heart is to provide the most excellent experience and cotton products, so please inspect your purchase upon delivery and notify us immediately of any damages or errors at coveredincotton@gmail.com so that we can make it right.
  
Covered in Cotton will honor returns within 30 days of the purchase date, but cannot accept used or laundered returns.
  
We also cannot accept returns on items damaged through normal wear and tear.
  
To process a return, please email us at coveredincotton@gmail.com with your name, order number and product information so that we can begin the process of your return or exchange.
