Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Final Sale and "seconds" quality items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards. We also cannot accept returns or exchanges on items damaged through normal wear and tear.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return item. If approved for a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days of our receipt of the return. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@coveredincotton.com.
Exchanges
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item. If approved for an exchange, we will email you details of the next steps needed in processing and shipping your exchange item. There may be additional charges and shipping fees needed in order to process your exchange.
